Terms and Conditions
1. Payment for our services should be made within 30 days of invoice date. Xcellent Webs reserves the right to remove any work or services created by us after 30 days without notice, if payment is not made. On receipt of payment, normal service would resume immediately.
2. Your login account is for your personal use only. You must not divulge your password. You should take all reasonable precautions to ensure that a third party does not discover it.
3. If you cancel your account, this will take effect from your renewal date (next payment), we do not give refunds.
4. Xcellent Webs shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
5. Users must not participate in any form of unsolicited bulk emailing or spam.
6. If your bandwith reaches the point where it has an adverse effect on other clients, we reserve the right to disable your site until you can reduce your bandwith usage.
7. By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions
8. Xcellent Webs is in no way affiliated with any of the external services offered or affiliates except hosting, leasing and design.
9. You will be responsible for the contents of your pages, including obtaining legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate applicable US law.
10. Xcellent Webs offers an e-commerce solution with secure web pages, however you must be the holder of a merchant bank account in order to use this service.
11. You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your pages(s).
12. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages etc) will be deleted.
13. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
14. Xcellent Webs does not provide services for adult web sites containing material of a pornographic nature, hate sites or web sites that promote or sell illegal or pirated software.
15. Xcellent Webs reserves the right to amend and update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
